Tarrant County Hands of Hope is a full time street outreach to the unsheltered homeless of Tarrant and surrounding counties.
Our main focus are those living in locations unsuitable for human habitation, whether in a vacant structure, a vehicle or in a tent in a remote wooded area. We go in search of those who are all to often forgotten and hidden away. Once located, we work to develop a relationship of trust and provide the basic necessities for their survival as we work to determine the root-cause of their homelessness. Once we identify the root-cause, we then work to connect them with the correct agency, organization or program that is best suited to help them with an ultimate goal of helping them leave the street behind. We reach out and deal with them, sharing Gods love and never from a place of judgement. We feel no matter the cause of their homelessness, there is always hope and there are no hopeless situations for the individual willing to take the steps necessary to leave the street behind.
Tarrant County Hands of Hope is an approved 501(c)(3) Charity.
